Larlyn Property Management Ltd. is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the welcoming face of our building in Edmonton. You will greet residents, assist guests, and coordinate services to ensure a smooth community experience.

The role emphasizes high standards of service, proactive problem solving, and open communication with the Condominium Manager. Shifts run Friday and Saturday, 9am–5pm, offering a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Polished, mature individual preferred
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a friendly attitude

Responsibilities

• Maintain a lobby presence and manage building access
• Assist residents and guests with inquiries in a professional way
• Handle notices, emails, and phone messages for residents
• Receive and coordinate parcel deliveries and pickups
• Assist with community events and vendor access as needed
• Help residents set up online accounts and access to building amenities
• Arrange bookings for building amenities, parking permits, and elevators
• Maintain FOB register and support site inspections with the manager
• Communicate operational and security updates to the Condominium Manager
• Perform administrative duties and answer calls with appropriate etiquette
