Hope & Area Recreation Centre is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative I to deliver high-quality service to facility users, manage cashiering duties and keep accurate records. The role requires strong communication and clerical skills, with the ability to handle a variety of program records and schedules.

The position supports evenings, weekends and some holidays, with shift lengths ranging from four to eight hours, and necessitates a valid driver's license and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Grade 12, plus experience in an office environment and handling cash.
• Excellent oral communication skills and courteous, professional customer interactions.
• Strong written communication skills including letter writing.
• Ability to understand and execute cash handling procedures and perform calculations.
• Proficient with computer and POS applications including MS Word and Excel.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Provide high level customer service to users of the facility.
• Perform cashiering and related POS duties.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of recreation programs, public schedules, and correspondence.
• Provide clerical support.
