Job summary

Manitoulin Transport is seeking a part-time Class 1 driver for our Medicine Hat location. You will plan, load, and unload trailers and deliver freight to customers in the Medicine Hat area. The role is 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, with a 6:00 AM start.

Requirements include a Class 1 license, reliability, physical fitness, and the ability to provide a criminal record check, driver abstract, and two work-related references. TDG, WHMIS, and forklift experience are assets.

Qualifications

• Class 1 license required.
• Physically fit and reliable.
• TDG and WHMIS certifications are a plus.
• Criminal record check, driver abstract and 2 references required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, load, and unload trailers; pick up and deliver freight within Medicine Hat area.
• Maintain timely delivery while serving a well-established customer base.

Qualifications

• Class 1 license
• 1 Year of City Pickup & Delivery experience would be an asset
• Physically Fit
• Reliable and dependable
• TDG, WHMIS, Forklift experience
• Must be able to provide a criminal record check, driver abstract, and 2 work-related references
