Job summary

Manitoulin Transport is seeking a local delivery driver to perform daily routes within Regina and the surrounding area. You will load, unload, and transport freight using a pallet jack and tailgate as needed, with a focus on reliability and customer service.

The role runs Monday to Friday with some flexibility, requires a valid Class 5 license and city delivery experience, and offers opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Class 5 license is required.
• At least 1 year of city pick-up and delivery experience.
• Must provide criminal record check, driver’s abstract, and 2 work references.
• TDG, WHMIS and forklift experience are assets.
• Physically fit and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Perform local deliveries within Regina and surrounding area.
• Plan and load/unload freight, using pallet jack and tailgate as required.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and professional customer service.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of vehicle and report any issues.

Job Description

This driver is responsible for completing local deliveries within Regina and the surrounding area in a prompt manner by carrying, using a wheeler, a pallet jack, and a tailgate as required. They must be able to plan, load, and unload freight to a variety of customers in the Saskatoon area. A normal work week is Monday to Friday, however, some flexibility in availability will occasionally be required.

Qualifications

• Class 5 license
• 1 year of City Pick-up and Delivery experience
• Reliable and dependable
• PHYSICALLY FIT
• TDG, WHMIS, and Forklift experience are assets
• Must be able to provide a criminal record check, driver's abstract, and 2 work-related references.
