THE ROLE

Cashier

• Provide exceptionalcustomer serviceby addressing and resolving client needs quickly.

• Process sales transactionsaccurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.

• Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.

• Issue receipts, process returns and exchangesand ensure that all transactions are documented correctly.

• Educate customerson our sales and promotions.

• Maintaincheckout area organized and welcomingenhancing the shopping experience.

• Collaborate with fellow associatesto ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.

• Assistwith receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.
