This is a rewarding role for someone who likes solving everyday problems, keeping spaces organized, and being the person others can count on when something needs to be moved, set up, fixed, checked, or escalated.
This is a full-time, campus-based role, Monday to Friday, at our 120 Bloor Street East campus. Availability to work the following shifts is required, 8 am to 4 pm, 9 am to 5 pm, and 11 am to 7 pm. Flexibility to support evening (until 9 pm) and weekend events and campus activities is also needed.

From preparing classrooms and meeting rooms to supporting events, responding to facilities requests, and addressing issues before they disrupt the day, your work will directly shape how people experience our new, enhanced campus.
Trusted daily judgment. You will be relied on to notice what needs attention, decide what you can resolve, and know when to escalated.
Practical facilities growth. You will work closely with an experienced Manager, Facilities who can help you deepen your understanding of campus operations, maintenance routines, vendor coordination, building systems, and workplace practices. You will build your facilities experience in a role with variety, visibility, and connection across Academic, Student Experience, Student Services, IT, and campus operations.

In your role, you will have opportunities to help the launch of career-relevant programs, expand your expertise, and access tuition-free courses across our institutions - from certificates to master’s degrees. Curiosity, initiative, and innovation are encouraged, and your ideas can move from vision to reality.
Our scale offers the best of both worlds: the reach and stability of a national institution combined with the agility of a mid-sized organization, where contributions are visible and valued. You will be part of a diverse and inclusive community where authenticity is celebrated, collaboration is expected, and impact is shared - on learners, colleagues, and your own professional journey.
