• Assist with store standards, opening/closing duties, and team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in-store and assist customers in fittings.
• Help drive store performance by meeting monthly/quarterly/daily sales targets.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, replenishment, and visual presentation.
• Assist with floor sets, ISOS, and stock replenishment activities.
• Engage with customers through Polo Connect and fashion styling insights.
• Collaborate with team and management to uphold policies and brand experience.
