Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation Canada is seeking Part-Time Brand Ambassadors who put the customer first and deliver a personalized, inspiring shopping experience that exceeds expectations. You will work as a team player, stay curious, be resourceful, and embody inclusivity, with a path to future leadership within RL.

In this role you will drive sales, participate in training, support new technology, and represent RL brand standards on the shop floor, while building a client base and maintaining store

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers and store personnel effectively.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms and office.
• Willing to work day/evening/weekends and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Motivated to drive daily, weekly, monthly sales goals.
• Proactively focuses on the customer at the core of decisions.
• Supports company initiatives and participates in team training.
• Uses new technology and the More Ways to Shop tools to boost results.
• Represents customer experience expectations in store.
• Delivers experiences aligned to brand standards and store vision.
• Engages in networking to build a clientele.
