Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Calgary to bring our brand to life. You will be the face of the store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with guests. You will love AE & Aerie products and enjoy engaging customers with a friendly, energetic attitude.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, promoting the loyalty program while representing our values and policies. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a retail setting.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find items.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following store policies.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and deliver great service.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity.
