Job summary
ASCEND Online, operated by the Catholic Independent Schools of the Kamloops Diocese, seeks a part-time Certified Education Assistant (CEA) for its Kamloops blended-learning classroom.
The CEA supports individual students and assists the classroom teacher, with on-site duties 2 days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am–2pm) and involvement in Inclusive Education tasks as directed. Candidates who actively practice Catholic faith are valued.
Responsibilities
- 2 days/week, Mondays and Wednesdays 9am-2pm
- assistance with high school academics alongside the on-site teacher
- Inclusive Education support as directed by the teacher
