Job summary

Pilot Coffee Roasters is seeking a part-time Barista for our Union Station cafe. You will engage customers with friendly service, prepare beverages to Pilot’s certification standards, and help set up and close the cafe daily.

The role requires a customer-service orientation, ability to work in a diverse team, and a passion for coffee. Prior barista or cafe experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow and learn.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a customer service environment is required.
• Barista experience is preferred.
• Experience in a cafe setting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
