Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, addressing their needs, answering questions, and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Barista Expertise: Utilize your barista skills to expertly prepare a variety of coffee drinks, from classic espresso shots to specialty lattes and seasonal favourites. Consistently deliver high-quality beverages that meet our standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Order Management: Efficiently manage customer orders, inputting them accurately into the POS system, and ensuring prompt and accurate delivery. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including coffee varieties, specialty drinks, and cakes, to assist customers in making informed choices.
• Hygiene and Safety: Adhere rigorously to all food safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments with precision and integrity.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed during busy periods or special events.

Candidate Requirements:

• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a positive, upbeat attitude that shines through in every interaction.
• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a willingness to learn.
