Job summary

Brookstreet Hotel Corporation in Ottawa is seeking a part-time Coffee Bar Attendant to join our guest services team. The successful candidate will greet guests warmly, prepare high quality coffees and beverages, and provide product recommendations while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Three days per week, including weekends, with opportunities to showcase initiative and bilingual communication. Prior Smart Serve certification and strong guest service experience are preferred.

• Mix ingredients to prepare high quality coffees and other beverages.
• Answer guests’ questions on beverages and make suggestions when necessary.
• Perform and maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Follow safe food and beverage handling standards.
• Manage cash register.
• Serve food items.
• Ensure the coffee bar is well stocked with supplies.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures.

Successful applicant must be available 3 days a week including weekends.
