The Part-Time Ancillary Services Associate provides front-line support for a range of student and employee services, including the Campus Store, ONE Card, parking, lockers, and course materials. The incumbent serves as a primary point of contact for inquiries, transactions, and service requests, delivering responsive and professional customer service while supporting day-to-day retail and administrative operations.
Working as part of the Ancillary Services team, the incumbent assists customers in resolving issues, accessing services, and navigating College processes. The role also supports store merchandising, inventory management, special events, and ongoing service improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
Successful candidates will be required to conduct work within Ontario and must be available to work on campus at 299 Doon Valley Dr. in Kitchener. The Associate will be scheduled to work 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional travel to the Waterloo or Cambridge campuses may be required based on operational needs.
