The successful candidate will have the ability to carry out the following responsibilities while helping to create a welcoming, caring, respectful, and safe environment. The primary responsibilities include receptionist duties, working with students and parents, maintaining student and financial records, generating reports, daily attendance, timesheet approvals, administrative support, and other duties as assigned.
A strong administrative background with Microsoft Office, bookkeeping, and internet usage is required. Experience with PowerSchool, Rycor, Atrieve, PASI, and First Aid is considered an asset. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and have the interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of personalities. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are required as there are frequent deadlines and interruptions. Both oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
