Brightshores Health System in Owen Sound is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide comprehensive clinical care across the full continuum of the patient journey. You will assess, reason diagnostically, and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to diverse populations.

You will work in the Allied Health department with a 7-day rotation and multi-site coverage as needed, utilizing Outlook and MS 365 for care coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy is required.
• Current Independent Practice Certificate and registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Excellent professional judgment, conflict resolution and interpersonal communication with patients, families, team members, students and community partners.
• Competence in evidence-based Physiotherapy and interprofessional care, with application of practice models and outcome measures.
• Experience with adult acute care populations, Surgical, Medical, ICU, Emerg.

Responsabilités

• Provide essential clinical expertise across the full continuum of care at the Owen Sound site.
• Assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based treatment programs tailored to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with the Allied Health team to support patient safety and care quality.
• Maintain adherence to CARE and LEAD competencies and a safe workplace free of violence and harassment.
