Dalhousie University invites applications for a Part-Time Academic in NURS 5560: Transformative and Innovative Health Systems Planning, Winter 2027. The 3-credit seminar is delivered online asynchronously, running January through April 2027.

The instructor reports to the Associate Director, Graduate Studies and will develop teaching activities, deliver and coordinate the course, and assess student learning.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Nursing or related field with teaching experience.
• Must be licensed to practice in Nova Scotia; PhD is preferred.
• Experience delivering online or asynchronous courses is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop teaching and learning activities for the course.
• Deliver and coordinate the course and assess student learning.
• Use Brightspace for course delivery and respond to student queries.
• Submit grades and follow up with students as needed.
