A welcoming private household located in Barrie, Ontario, is seeking an experienced, dependable, and well-organized Housekeeper to support the day-to-day care and upkeep of the residence, on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for general housekeeping and laundry while also assisting with household organization, pet care, deliveries, household supplies, meal preparation, and light cooking.

This position is well suited to someone who takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and well-organized home and who enjoys taking initiative in a varied household role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general housekeeping and maintain all areas of the residence to a high standard of cleanliness.
  
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and other household spaces.
  
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and care for floors and household surfaces.
  
• Make beds and change bed linens as required.
  
• Perform periodic deep cleaning and other household cleaning tasks as needed.
  
• Maintain an organized, tidy, and welcoming home environment.
