Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced housekeeper for a private residence in Barrie, Ontario. This part-time role emphasizes general housekeeping, laundry, and light cooking, with additional duties including organizing spaces and pet care.

The successful candidate will work approximately 15 hours per week and help maintain a tidy, welcoming home. Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently are essential, as is a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional housekeeping experience, preferably in a private household.
• Strong housekeeping, laundry, and home organization skills.
• Comfortable assisting with meal preparation and light cooking.
• Comfortable caring for household pets.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities independently.

Responsabilités

• Perform general housekeeping and maintain all areas of the residence to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas and other spaces; dust, vacuum, mop.
• Make beds, change linens, and perform periodic deep cleaning as needed.
• Assist with decluttering, organizing cupboards, pantries and storage areas.
• Assist with meal preparation and light cooking; maintain kitchen and food storage areas.
