Job summary

Saskatchewan Polytechnic Saskatoon Campus is seeking an Instructor for Continuing Education to deliver PART courses. You will create daily outlines, prepare labs, teach skills, demonstrate scenarios, and assess student performance.

The contract runs July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, at $55 per hour, subject to student enrollment. This casual to full-time position requires PART trainer certification and experience in adult education.

Qualifications

• PART trainer certificate (SASWH) is required.
• Affiliates as Saskatchewan Polytechnic employee (part-time, casual, or full-time).
• Two years of adult education experience.
• Comfortable using technology and presenting to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Lab/Workshop – create an outline for the day, prepare the room and supplies prior to the start time and cleanup afterwards.
• Teach and demonstrate related skills.
• Provide scenarios and answer student’s questions.
• Complete performance skill testing as required.
• Submit any required paperwork to Continuing Education.
