Job summary

Saskatchewan Polytechnic is seeking an Instructor for Continuing Education on a contract basis to deliver PART Level 3 and PART Level 5 courses. The posting covers multiple scheduled dates between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027 at the Saskatoon campus.

The position requires current PART Train the Trainer certification and will involve classroom instruction, scenario-based teaching, and skill assessments. Ongoing work depends on enrollment; contract rate is $55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current PART trainer certificate in accordance with SASWH standards.
• Part-time, casual, or full-time employee of Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
• Two years of experience in adult education.
• Comfortable with using technology and presenting to large groups.

• Lab/Workshop – Create an outline for the day, prepare the room and supplies prior to the start time and cleanup afterwards, teach and demonstrate related skills, provide scenarios and answer student’s questions, complete performance skill testing as required, submit any required paperwork to Continuing Education.
