Heritage Park’s Selkirk Restaurant is seeking a casual server/bartender to provide friendly, knowledgeable service and ensure high guest satisfaction. You will assist with bar operations, manage inventories, and help maintain a welcoming park experience.

The role requires serving expertise, ProServe certification, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting within Canada’s largest living history park. Enjoy park perks and collaborative team dynamics.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience required; fast-paced setting preferred.
• ProServe certification required; bartending training asset.
• Knowledge of alcohol regulations and responsible service.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail in taking orders and processing payments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage bar operations and inventory; attend to guest service.
• Operate POS and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with private functions and lounge service.
• Greet tables, explain menu, and upsell recommendations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service.
