Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking a Bar Assistant for Park, a craft distillery in downtown Banff. You will help keep the bar stocked, manage glassware, and ensure a smooth guest experience with a friendly, team-oriented approach.

ProServe certification is preferred; bartending experience is a plus and training will be provided. Flexible scheduling and the chance to grow with a unique, community-minded employer are offered.

Qualifications

• ProServe certification required or training provided on the job
• Bartending experience is an asset but not required; training offered
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• Flexible schedule is required
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude expected

Responsibilities

• Keep bar fully stocked and organized to ensure smooth service
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests enjoy their experience
• Assist with glassware handling and stock management during busy shifts
• Support Bar Team to maintain bar flow and cleanliness
