TELUS Health is seeking a seasoned Disability Case Manager to lead complex occupational injury cases, guiding clients through rehabilitation and return‑to‑work processes. You will work within a matrix team, crafting strategies to minimize risk and improve outcomes for employees and employers.
The role requires Ontario licensure, 5+ years in disability or injury management, and strong communication, empathy, and analytical skills.

Additionally, our National Workers' Compensation team, comprised of preventionists, case managers, appeal specialists, paralegals, lawyers, actuaries, and financial experts, provides proactive, strategic guidance in all areas of employee health, safety, and wellbeing. This integrated approach enables our clients to achieve the best outcomes in mitigating risk, maximizing savings, relieving administrative burden, and empowering employees, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations, as well as company-specific policies. Our Worker Compensation Case Managers are responsible for assisting employees and employers when the employee is off work, or at risk of being off work for either occupational or non-occupational health reasons. They assess any barriers to a successful and timely return-to-work and engage with stakeholders to implement strategies that address those identified barriers and support employees’ return to work or an appropriate alternative plan. Worker compensation Case Managers work with a talented and collaborative group of professionals, in a dynamic role that provides ongoing learning and career development opportunities in absence and disability management.
Salary Range: 58,000K -80,000K Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. We’re open to discussing competitive compensation packages tailored to your experience level and expertise.
