Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct searches in public databases and registries (REQ, Corporations Canada, RDPRM, Bank Act, Court Roll, CIPO, Land Register, etc.)
2. Analyze search results and related legal data
3. Draft preliminary title reports, summary reports, and other legal research documentation
4. Prepare legal documents related to financing transactions and carry out registrations with RDPRM and Land Register
