  • Support legal operations initiatives by improving processes, standardizing documentation, and enhancing workflow efficiency.
  • Partner with internal business teams and external stakeholders to facilitate legal documentation and commercial contracting activities.
  • Assist with legal compliance requirements, governance initiatives, and regulatory record keeping.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze findings, and provide recommendations to support business decisions and legal matters.
  • Provide day-to-day legal administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence, tracking critical dates, and responding to routine legal inquiries.
What we would like you to bring
  • 3+ years of experience working within a corporate legal department or law firm supporting commercial contracts and legal operations.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and structuring commercial agreements.
  • Knowledge of transportation, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or logistics industries would be considered a strong asset.
