Responsibilities
- Conduct and summarize searches across various public databases (REQ, RPMRR, Corporations Canada, Bank Act, OSB, Soquij, CIPO, Land Registry).
- Participate in deal closings, regulatory compliance, and drafting of legal documentation.
- Focus on transactional work within financial services, including document review, transaction management, and client communication.
- Contact with clients and support senior lawyers in managing files.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members as required.

Qualifications
- Paralegal Diploma or Certificate.
- 3+ years of experience in transactional work (intermediate to senior level).
- Bilingual (English and French) with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal databases.
