Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in related field is an asset.
• Three or more years of electrical panel experience required.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Shop and field work require physical conditioning.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and troubleshoot electrical schematics, wire diagrams, 1-line and 3-line diagrams.
• Maintain neat work environment and handle expensive equipment with care.
• Manage project material in an organized fashion.
• Collaborate with engineering staff and CAD to meet schedules.
• Test and diagnose panels and control systems per standards.
• Install electrical control systems, VFDs, and PLCs as required.
