Job summary
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our home care team in Guelph and surrounding South Wellington region. You will deliver compassionate palliative nursing care in clients’ homes, emphasizing comfort, safety, and independence. The role includes on-call and weekend rotations to support our clients.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required).
- Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent command of the English language; French language proficiency considered an asset.
- Criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening required.
- Proof of being free from TB.
- Two supervisory references
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Utilize clinical expertise to tailor care to each client’s needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
- Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as required.
