Job summary

Lode King Industries in Winkler, Manitoba is seeking an experienced Painter to learn the art and practice of painting Lode King trailers. Our painters work in teams to prep and paint our high quality trailers.

Responsibilities include touch-ups with attention to detail, operating a handheld spray gun in a spray booth, and preparing steel or aluminum for painting. Safety policies and procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• Previous paint experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with high motivation and initiative.
• Proficient in the safe use of hand and air/power tools.

• Follow and comply with company safety policies & procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous paint experience in a manufacturing environment considered an asset
• Detailed-oriented with a high motivation and initiative
• Proficient in the safe use of hand and air/power tools
• Strong ability to complete work accurately, efficiently and thoroughly while meeting production standards

Physical Requirements:

• Wear required PPE for job such as safety glasses, safety footwear and hearing protection
• Regularly possess manual dexterity, ability to bend, kneel, stoop, stand, reach, climb and twist
• Comfortable working at heights; safely move in and around trailers, hoppers and rolling platforms
• Consistently perform repetitive tasks, in a fast paced, physically demanding environment
