Responsibilities

• Ensures Customer Satisfaction.
• Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking the customer according to GET model.
• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise across departments.
• Ask open-ended questions to determine customer needs and level of expertise.
• Promote services such as Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services, and how to recommend them.
• Drives Sales by discussing options and suggesting related items/services.
• Educate customers about the whole project.
• Maintain knowledge of products in department and adjacent departments.
• Follow safety policies and Loss Prevention procedures.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Warehouse environment can be dusty and noisy.
