Profile Products Llc in the Niagara Region (Canada) is seeking a Packaging & Finished Goods Lead to supervise day-to-day packaging and finished goods operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and compliant output.

The role provides frontline leadership to the Secondary team, supports standardized work, training, quality, production efficiency and continuous improvement. Shift options include Day and Night schedules; overtime may be required to meet production goals.

• Monitor packaging materials and inventory needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment.

Job description

Salary Range: CA$22.00 To CA$24.00 Hourly

The Packaging & Finished Goods Lead is responsible for leading day-to-day packaging and finished goods operations, ensuring products are packaged safely, accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality standards. This role provides frontline leadership to the Secondary team and supports the overall Packaging & Finished Goods process, including standardized work, employee training and development, quality compliance, production efficiency, and continuous improvement. The Secondary Team Lead is responsible for coordinating daily priorities, supporting employees on the floor, identifying operational issues, and helping ensure production requirements are achieved.

Available Positions & Schedule

We currently have two Packaging & Finished Goods Lead positionsavailable:

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m

Additional hours or overtime may be available or required based on operational needs.
