Job summary

Eminence Organic Skin Care is seeking a Packaging Development Specialist to lead innovative packaging across professional and retail lines. You will guide concepts through launch, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and brand alignment.

You will partner with Brand, Innovation, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and external vendors to define specs, select materials, test packaging, and drive sustainable solutions while meeting timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in packaging design/development, preferably beauty or CPG.
• End-to-end packaging lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Experience sourcing and managing packaging vendors.
• Knowledge of labeling, materials, and packaging compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and sourcing of primary and secondary packaging.
• Define packaging workstreams and SOPs.
• Approve specs and assembly instructions for launches.
• Manage packaging costing and vendor negotiations.
• Collaborate with Brand, Innovation, Supply Chain, and vendors.
• Assess sustainable packaging impacts and trends.
• Travel to trade shows as required.
