Job summary

Eminence Organic Skin Care in Vancouver is seeking an Associate Manager Product Innovation to join the Innovation team. You will own launch execution from brief through delivery, coordinating research and development work that keeps new product launches on time and on brief.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager Innovation, you will drive day-to-day coordination and strategic execution. Responsibilities include market research, pricing support, concept development, and cross-functional launch

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product development.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience with product development and coordinating from brief through delivery.
Experience conducting market and consumer research.
Familiarity with pricing, COGS and ROI frameworks is an asset.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Familiar with project management tools like Asana or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

Research market trends and identify new product launch opportunities.
Prepare internal matrices to position new products without cannibalizing existing lines.
Coordinate focus groups and surveys to gauge product positioning and appeal.
Conduct competitive research and purchase reference products.
Support development of collection concepts and launch materials showing positioning and opportunities.
Coordinate pricing input and COGS data analysis.
Maintain Product Details and Stage-Gate documents and meet deadlines.
Coordinate launch-related meetings and post-launch analysis with Marketing.
Assist with photoshoot planning and logistics for product components.
Track tradeshow opportunities and share recommendations with Innovation team.
