Job summary

Kenvue is recruiting a Senior Packaging Development Specialist in Ontario (Guelph) to lead design, development, testing and scale-up of new packaging components. You will partner with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain and QA to deliver robust packaging solutions.

The role reports to NA Tech Ops Packaging Lead and requires a university degree in packaging or related field, 4–6 years of consumer packaging experience, strong technical writing, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• University degree in packaging development/engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of consumer packaging design and development experience.
• Experience with pharma/healthcare packaging preferred; strong writing and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging projects for compliance, brand maintenance, or cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and protection.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and source reduction in packaging.
• Develop and approve packaging guidelines, docs, and risk assessments.
• Execute packaging line trials, testing, and validation.
• Update SOPs and GMP documentation.
