Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a department in our Distribution Center. The role focuses on delivering operational results, staffing, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Safety, People & Culture, and IT to optimize processes, labor planning, and inventory integrity while ensuring a safe, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years leadership in a DC or similar.
• 2-3 years direct people management of hourly staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or equivalent.
• Experience with automation or MHE.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee an assigned department within the facility.
• Manage operational performance results for the department.
• Collaborate on department operating plans and drive improvements.
• Lead talent management for salaried and hourly reports, including hiring, training, reviews and coaching.
• Partner with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, People & Culture on escalations.
• Lead weekly/monthly labor and workforce planning; ensure correct supply levels at the right times.
• Ensure effective communication flow to supervisors and department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, IT, Logistics, QA, etc.).
• Drive strategic initiatives and projects within the department.
• Acknowledge 3PL partnerships if applicable; support with AOP planning and timekeeping verification.
