Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Distribution Center in Delta. You will operate electric forklifts, pick items, and assist across receiving, packing, and shipping. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 6+ months of order picker or forklift experience, the ability to obtain forklift certification, and proficiency in English. Flexible shifts with potential nights and overtime are included.

Qualifications

• 6+ months order picker or forklift experience.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Comfortable at heights with fall protection PPE.
• Experience with RF scanners or voice picking.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• English reading, writing and speaking skills (bilingual a plus).

Responsibilities

• Operates an electric Powered Industrial Truck to pick, deliver, or move merchandise in the warehouse.
• Picks and moves boxes up to 50 pounds onto pallets with lifting equipment.
• Supports all DC areas including receiving, returns, packing, and shipping as needed.
• May be assigned to different departments based on business needs.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness and follows DC policies and lean practices.
