Alpha House Calgary is seeking a Transitions Caseworker to support clients moving from homelessness to housing stability. You will work in our Housing Transitions Team, guiding clients through intake, move-in, and long-term planning with a recovery-oriented mindset.

About the Role
As a Transitions Caseworker, you will play a key front-line role in supporting clients as they navigate pathways out of homelessness and into housing stability. Using a Housing First and Recovery-Oriented approach, you will work alongside individuals to identify barriers and build on personal strengths to promote long-term, sustainable recovery and independent living. Working as part of our Housing Transitions Team, you’ll support clients through all stages of the housing process—from intake and move-in to long-term case planning and community integration.
