Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our Saskatoon store to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers throughout the store. Team Members help customers locate products, participate in Omni channel processes, and ensure fast, friendly checkouts.

You will engage customers with Rewards programs and frame store operations to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. We value customer service experience, the ability to stand for long periods, and a positive team attitude as part of our daily work.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise/SISO duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
