Job summary

ParaMed Inc. is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide community nursing in patients' homes across Canada.

You will conduct scheduled visits, assess needs, implement and monitor care plans, and maintain thorough patient records, while building trustful therapeutic relationships with patients. The role offers on-call coverage with the possibility of part-time or full-time scheduling, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package, including training and career

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse / RPN in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
• Experience in delivering community care is an asset.

Job Description In this community nursing role, as Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
