Job summary

London Drugs is seeking a Response Centre Specialist to monitor stores via remote systems and act as the first point of contact for incidents. You will document actions, provide information to responders, and support internal customers.

The role is part-time with overnight shifts and a BST training pathway. Candidates should have a provincial security license and basic IT/system knowledge to manage CCTV and access control systems.

Qualifications

• Current provincial security worker license with a security guard or monitor designation (BST).
• First Aid & WHMIS training completed.
• Basic working knowledge of computers, networks and security systems.
• Understanding of legal standards for evidence handling and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets and reduce losses.
• Remote monitoring of designated locations.
• Provide dispatch information to emergency responders.
• Support internal customers.
• Prepare incident reports to standard.
