Job summary

Skanna Security is seeking a Mobile Security Guard who will patrol multiple sites across Brampton, Mississauga, Bolton and Vaughan. You must drive your own vehicle and work an overnight shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

You will deter and respond to incidents, handle emergencies, and complete reports. A valid Security Guard license, CPR level C, and a clean driving record are required. This role offers ongoing training and opportunities for advancement within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Security Guard license and CPR level C.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver must have a full G license with a clean driving abstract.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Deterring and responding to incidents on the property.
• Responding to emergencies (fire alarms, intrusion alarms, etc.) and communicating with patrons/clients.
• Completing reports and memo book entries regularly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deterring and responding to incidents on the property.
• Responding to various types of emergencies (fire alarms/elevator entrapment/intrusion alarms) Communicating regularly with patrons/clients.
• Completing reports and memo book entries on a regular basis.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Security Guard license and first aid card (CPR level C)
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous security experience (asset)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Above average communication skills (written/oral)
• Computer skills and ability to write a report.
• Sense of observation and responsibility.
• Honesty, autonomy, and very good judgment.
