Planet Fitness North York (Yorkgate Mall) is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests at 1 York Gate Boulevard, North York, ON. The role starts at $17.60 per hour and focuses on greeting guests, handling front desk duties, tours, memberships and payments in a fast-paced fitness club environment.

You will assist the Club Manager, support member accounts, answer inquiries, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones, assist callers with questions, check members in, give tours, sign up new members and calculate rates.
• Assist in updating member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
• Help maintain cleanliness of the club; complete daily tasks and cleaning checks.
• Other duties as needed according to club needs.
