Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking Freight Team Associates to stock merchandise, organize the sales floor, and deliver excellent customer service. Team members operate reach trucks, forklifts, and order pickers to move items and ensure accurate packing and labeling for efficient holding area storage.

Expect a physically active role in a warehouse environment with potential overnight shifts, weekends, and varied hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or distribution experience is an asset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves to 100% in stock and keep aisles accessible.
• Pack, un-pack, and merchandise new items and promotions.
• Support customer service per Get Model: greet, engage, thank.
• Move freight safely using appropriate equipment.
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies.
• Coordinate with freight team for proper stock placement.
