Job summary

ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development seeks a Clinical Services Supervisor for Overnight Respite at the Brampton site. You’ll lead a clinical team, manage referrals, and ensure high-quality respite services while meeting performance metrics.

The role requires nursing credentials, CNO eligibility, and extensive clinical/leadership experience. Flexibility for evenings and weekends and a valid Ontario driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Completion of a university, college or other approved nursing program is required.
• Current registration and membership in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with medically complex children/young adults and their families.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of the respite team and delivery of services at the Brampton site.
• Organize caseloads and staff schedules to meet site needs.
• Promote an integrated service delivery model and monitor performance objectives.
