Job summary

Easton’s Group is seeking a Night Audit Manager for Four Points & Element Toronto Airport in Mississauga, ON. You’ll lead overnight operations across two brands, ensuring guest satisfaction and strict adherence to brand standards.

You will supervise the night team, balance revenues, and generate nightly financial reports, while maintaining security and accurate accounting practices throughout the overnight shift.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of front office or night audit experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience balancing daily revenue, taxes, and guest accounts during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all overnight hotel operations while maintaining brand standards and safety.
• Complete nightly audit balancing room revenue, F&B revenue, taxes, and payments.
• Review and reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare management reports.
• Generate and distribute daily revenue, occupancy, and operational reports.
• Act as Manager on Duty during overnight hours and handle guest concerns.
