Four Points & Element Toronto Airport is looking for a Night Audit Manager to oversee overnight hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service across a dual-brand property in the Greater Toronto area. You will balance room revenue, F&B revenue, taxes, and guest accounts while leading a night team to uphold brand standards.

The role reports to Front Office Manager and requires a hospitality degree and at least three years in front desk or night audit with supervisory experience.

Salary Range: $56,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually

Reporting to: Front Office Manager

What You Bring to the Team:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and support team members in a fast-paced overnight environment
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to confidently handle guest concerns and service recovery situations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and sound decision-making
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly when balancing guest needs, financial reporting, and operational priorities
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS), night audit procedures, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and lead hotel operations overnight while maintaining brand standards, safety, and security
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is considered an asset, along with a minimum of 3 years of hotel front office or night audit experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities

In This Role, You Will:

• Oversee all overnight hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience while maintaining brand standards, safety, and security procedures.
• Complete the nightly audit process by balancing and verifying room revenue, food and beverage revenue, taxes, payments, and guest accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Review and reconcile daily financial transactions, investigate variances, and prepare reports for management and accounting teams.
• Generate and distribute daily revenue, occupancy, market segmentation, and operational reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Serve as the Manager on Duty during overnight hours, responding to guest concerns, operational issues, emergencies, and service recovery situations.
• Support, coach, and guide overnight team members, ensuring they have the training, resources, and support needed to perform effectively.
• Monitor team performance and address concerns appropriately, escalating significant issues to hotel leadership when required.
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies and procedures related to accounting practices, cash handling, credit control, financial security, and guest safety.
• Manage cash floats, process cash deposits, and ensure all funds are handled in accordance with established controls and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and overall overnight performance.
