A national transportation company in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is seeking a Night Administrative Coordinator responsible for managing communications with drivers and customers. Ideal candidates have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience and strong problem-solving skills. This position offers hourly pay of $19.50 and a schedule from Sunday to Thursday.
Night Administrative Coordinator in Nova Scotia

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to work for a National transportation company. In this role you will be responsible for daily communication with the drivers, customers and internal departments. You will also be responsible for data entry into their internal system and extracting various reports to ensure accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and possess strong communication skills.
Salary: Hourly wage of $19.50
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday; 10pm - 6am
Contract: Ongoing contract with possibility of permanency
Location: Parking onsite, 5 days/week at the office, Dartmouth - Nova Scotia
Start date: As soon as possible
