Job summary

ADF Group is seeking an operator for the paint shop with day/evening shifts in Terrebonne. The role involves crane operation, loading and unloading materials, and adhering to safety standards.

A competence card for overhead cranes and basic rigging knowledge are required, with French and English language skills considered an asset. The position offers diverse shift options, including 5-day weeks or 4x10-hour weeks, and a premium for evening shifts.

• Perform related tasks as required.

Job description

• Day shift position available – Monday to Friday, as follows:
  Regular schedule of 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) or 4 days of 10 hours (Monday to Thursday).
  Several schedules are possible, offering flexibility in start times (between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and end times.
• Position available on the day shift at the paint shop—Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Position available on the evening shift – Monday through Thursday, as follows: 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.mor Monday through Thursday, as follows: 2:30 pm to 1a.m at the paint shop

Hourly wage ranging from $24.77/hour to $34.87/hour and Evening shift premium: $1.75/hour

Contributing in this role is :

• Comply with project requirements and applicable standards;
• Ensure that identification of all customer-supplied products is maintained/protected throughout operations;
• Keep work area clean and safe;
• Observe the Company's occupational health and safety rules; Operate an overhead crane to lift, move and place machinery or materials;
• Unload trucks;
• Safely load, solidify, balance and secure loads in trucks;
• Any other related task.
