ALSTOM is seeking an Overhead Catenary System (OCS) Construction Manager in Toronto, ON. You will lead construction oversight to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery across OCS installations from planning through handover, collaborating with engineering, project management, and external stakeholders.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and timely execution of OCS installation site works, from preparation to completion and handover. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, construction, project management, external stakeholders), lead the development of procurement activities, and oversee compliance with Alstom’s EHS rules to foster a culture of safety and excellence.
You’ll specifically take care of planning and progress follow-up, as well as supplier and subcontractor management, but also ensure quality and configuration management until handover to Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
